Heaven’s Cafe is a free community dinner offered EVERY Friday each month from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. It is made possible through a partnership with several other local churches and families who provide food and volunteers.
Heaven’s Cafe is offered in our church Fellowship Hall every Friday EXCEPT the third Friday of the month, when it is offered across the street at the old Carthage school (now the New Jerusalem Baptist Church Annex and Community Center) in the cafeteria.
We invite you to come enjoy a free hot meal and neighborhood fellowship with the people of Carthage and surrounding areas. Again, Heaven’s Cafe is FREE! We are “kid-friendly” and occasionally also have items of clothing, blankets, etc. to give away to those in need.
If you are coming to Heaven’s Cafe, please use the entrance on 73rd Street (between Fairpark and Vine Streets). This entrance also has a wheelchair ramp.
